We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you ship to my country?
At this time, we only ship Nova Nails to customers within the USA. But we'd love to share our product line with our international community in the future! If you are outside the USA, please email us at hello@nova-nails.co, and we will see what we can do for you!
How soon will I receive my order?
We take a 1-3 business days to process all orders! Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (5-7 business days) via USPS.
In the event that service carriers experience delays, please expect a few more days for tracking updates and delivery. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at hello@nova-nails.co!
Why hasn't my order arrived?
Oh no! Email us at hello@nova-nails.co with your order number to let us know.
In certain cases, such as shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but not received, we do not provide refunds.
If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn’t arrived yet, please wait an additional 48 hours as sometimes the tracking is inaccurate and updated in advance.
If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we recommend checking with your local USPS office.
For damaged orders, please reach out to hello@nova-nails.co with a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address. We'll send out a replacement order to you right away!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our nail stickers, we are unable to accept returns on this product in particular. If you aren’t satisfied with a nail kit, email us at hello@nova-nails.co and we can chat through your options!
For nail care tools and devices, we are happy to accept returns and provide refunds on unused/non-damaged products. Customer must pay shipping return fee.
Can I edit or cancel my order once placed?
While we can't guarantee an order can be changed once placed, we can try our best to update your order before we process for fulfillment. Just email us at hello@nova-nails.co with your request, and we'll get back to you ASAP!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free ground shipping via USPS on every order over $45.
